The forums are available for users to post questions and leave feedback. Admins review and respond to questions posted in the support forum during normal business hours. (Typically, Mon. - Fri. 8 am to 4:30 pm.)

Q: Can I use my mobile device?
A: While the site itself is mobile friendly, most of the course modules have not been designed to work with mobile devices. So you will need a PC to complete your course work.
Q: The course modules don't open when I select them...
A: Course modules open in a pop-up window. Make sure that you have your browser set to allow the site's pop-up windows to open.
Here are the steps to do this if you don't know how.
Firefox: From the menu select Tools > Options > Content. Then select the Exceptions button and enter cen3.camcinstitute.org as the address of the website. Finally, click Allow.
Internet Explorer: From the menu select Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker Settings. Enter cen3.camcinstitute.org as the address of the website to allow. Finally, click Add.
Chrome: From the menu select Settings. The select Show advanced settings. Under Privacy select the Content settings button. Find the Pop-ups area and select the Manage exceptions button. Enter [*.]cen3.camcinstitute.org for the Hostname pattern (Behavior should be set to Allow) and select Done.
Q: I'm having problems with Windows 8 and Internet Explorer...
A: If you are using Windows 8/8.1 you should be using the desktop version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome to view this site.
The Windows 8 IE browser in the tiles section of Windows is an app version and has know compatibility issues with many sites. As such, it is not supported or recommend for use with this site.
